Covid-19 Resource
We’re in this together. It is our responsibility to not only taker extra care of ourselves, but also to be considerate of the people around us as well as those we encounter.
Self-Distancing
Protect your self from COVID-19
♥ Stay at a safe distance to help stop the spread.
The pandemic isn’t over, but many people have become lax—less caeful, in the past few months.
This is a friendly reminder to take social distancing serious, including family, friends, and neighbors.
Keep a distance of at least 6 feet—about 2 meters or one body length, away from other people.
Stay away from crowded places and mass gatherings. ( I’m serious. A week before Christmas three individuals I know (one a family member) got infected while attending a holiday gathering. Two were hospitalized, and one, while released from the hospital, is still at home on sick leave.)
Avoid toughing other people. That includes handshakes. And, even hugs from family and friends who don’t live with you.

Handwashing Procedure
Protect your self from COVID-19
♥ A GOOD habit now and always to help stop the spread.
The pandemic isn’t over, but many people have become lax—less caeful, in the past few months.
The simple, general five-step approach to handwashing.
1. Wet your hands under clean, running water—cold or warm, both will do. Turn of the tap.
2. Apply soap and lather up. To lather up, rub hands together with the soap. Lather the backs of your hands, between the fingers, and under your nails.
3. Time to scrub. Srub your hands for at least 20 seconds. Need a timer? The CDC suggests humming the “Happy Birthday” song from beginning to end 2x.
4. Rinse your hands. Turn on the tap and rinse your hands thouroghly under clean, running water—warm or cold, both will do.
5. Dry your hands. Wipe your hands with a clean cloth or paper towel. (Caution, avoid rubbing to vigourously.) Alternately, air dry you hands.
