Dare to Sleep
Do you ‘dare to sleep’ more or less for good health?
That is the question.
You may know about the many health risks associated with sleeping too little — increased risks of obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes. You may also know about the health risks associated with sleeping too much — all aforementioned plus cognitive issues including difficulty with memory.
But did you also know that people who sleep too little, or too much, have higher overall mortality risks.
However, sadly to say, even knowing the risks associated to your health are sometimes not enough to seek out change.
Maybe you need some other motivation.
To help you get motivated, I have compiled over 25 quotes and sayings to get you inspired to develop better sleep habits.

From things we take for granted like waking up in the morning to another day, to the food we eat, and so much more.
And, yes, always remember, there is always someone who has less than you.
